ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 7–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–12 business days

  • International: 8–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
NORVÉ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
