RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be processed for shipping.
